Photoshop: Adding to a PSD canvas.

Hi,

I am designing a website for a business - this will be the first time I am being paid to design a website.

Due to some other features they would like implemented, I have to make the PSD canvas larger.

Obviously, I can copy the merged PSD and paste it into a larger canvas, I do not want to do this as it would discard the layers.

What I want to ask is this - Is there any way to make the canvas of the current PSD larger, without resizing the image (transforming the layers), or without discarding the layers (flattening the image)?

I hope I have made sense with that question, and I really do hope it is possible to achieve.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

From the top drop down menus: Image => Canvas Size sounds exactly what you are after.
