How to determine if javascript is enabled?

I tried searching in the forums for this, but the search function keeps saying I can't search on less then 3 keywords? (I used the string in the subject!)

Anyway... is this possible? I want to determine if JS is enabled, and display a "you must enable javascript to continue" if not.

    Can this be done?

    Thanks.
