Question Can not open or create new project in visual studio 2010

I just installed Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, I forget set default environment is C#. When I open it and create new solution, I can't see anything from new project window:

I try restore windows 8, and reinstall VS but my problem is not resolved. I else see other problem, I can not open project I created before:

Have you know? Thank for watching!

Open Visual Studio, click on Tools > Import and Export Settings
    Reset all settings
Select "No, just reset settings, overwriting my current settings"
    Select Visual C# Development Settings
    Click Finish

Another thought crossed my mind. I'm not sure the settings are your issue, you may need to do a Repair/Uninstall/Re-install as it shouldn't matter which development settings you choose, I use the C# development settings, but I can easily open VB related projects too. My guess is your installation didn't install everything you need.

Thanks! I think like you, too. I try remove and reinstall with other version of visual studio, amazing, my problem is resolved.
