Not anything except it has been extremely helpful...I've read it a couple of times, and it has been a great help for me. Both when I was appointed a moderator for the first time, I could see some of the things that would be expected of me.
And when I started up my own forums, it was a nice reference to have...

I remember reading this article last year. It was a great article. Explains the in's and out's of forum moderation. My forum hasn't grown enough to need a moderator yet, but I hope it does in the very near future. I know I'll refer back to this article for it's wisdom.

u mention :in last paragraph, maybe u can write aboutby solid rules and guidelines for your moderators and the rest of the members
good guideline and rules for moderators and members
and when Super Moderator needed..
btw.. some members don't want me to add
Supermod on our forums because they're afraid
of power abuse coz by Supermod later.
