I never had any experience with CPM companies so do forgive me for asking these questions.

    1)Which CPM company should I sign-on with ?
2)Which will accept my site (tech site) very quickly ?
    3)Which has a small amount of pageviews/impressions required ?
    4)What should I look out for ?
5)Is it good to sign longterm contracts ?

P.S Are there any sites that give reviews on these companies ?
    Thanks !

I'd say to use http://www.burstmedia.com . They have the lowest traffic requirement at 5000 page views a month and everything has worked smooth for me.

And regarding the contract length, it depends. If you sign up with a long one and don't fullfil it, they can charge YOU money. I use 50/50 so I can have the freedom, should I need it, although I don't make as much money because of it.

Caesar, http://www.geekvillage.com also has Making Money forum which has lots of info about this topic. ClickQuick new site http://207.254.120.157/ also has reviews and ratings for CPM companies.

http://www.fastclick.com seems to be a good company. It has CPM as well as CPC but you can select your campaign. I'm using it right now but my site doesn't have lots of traffic so maybe I don't get very good deal with them. You can find more info about fastclick on geekvillage's forum.

2)Which will accept my site (tech site) very quickly ?
Fastclick should accept you as long as you don't violate their TOC

    3)Which has a small amount of pageviews/impressions required ?
2500 pageview/month (they said something you can about combining pageview from several sites, but I'm not really sure about this)

    4)What should I look out for ?
I think you should check whether they pay or not.

5)Is it good to sign longterm contracts ?
I wouldn't recommend it. If you sign long term contract and later the company reduce their rates, there's nothing you can do. You can't use other network.

Sorry, I can't help you much since I'm not experienced in this area
