CSS Woes Part 2

Ok i'm just plain worn out from these random problems!!! You might want to have a read of my first post regarding this here...

Here are my current issues and I cannot for the life of me figure this out... Only occuring in IE 5+

- Bullets in the left navigation box are disappearing or don't show up at all... Sometimes hovering over the help/submit/reset buttons makes them disappear

- The dotted line on top of the page "runs" together sometimes, this is a CSS style.

Humm, I think the majority of people her would probably have only IE6 (like me). Do you have any screenies? :-)

tested on IE5.5, and it looks ok i think.
incidentally, i've had weird issues with images as list item bullets in IE as well...they disappear when you scroll down, and then are not there anymore when scrolling back up...
