Problems with the exported images of text with texture bg from photoshop

Hi I'm a developer trying to export some graphics from photoshop and i'm running into problems with the images that were exported.

They have text on them and the image of the button becomes fuzzy. Do you have any suggestions on improving this?

Please see this layout that i'm trying to slice and turn into a well designed website.

The problem with that screenshot above is that there are a bunch of little lines and I'm wondering how i should go about doing this because if someone uses the zoom function, this whole layout will be dysfunctional.

let me know what your thoughts are.
