Our club's website was created w/ NetObjects Fusion on a PC, can I download a page, modify it w/ DW3 on a Mac and upload it back to the site?
Can the site be changed to Dreamweaver w/o redoing it?
Can pages created in DW3 be uploaded to the NF created site?
NetObjects Fusion and DreamWeaver are just tools.
Since the result is the same (HTML pages) the answer is yes.

Yes. You may be concerned that NetObjects page generation is something like MS FrontPage and would create problems for you later. It is not.
