There is no room for personal interpretation when the actual definition is so clear. Any interpretation differing from the actual definition is erroneous.

yeah, like the article said, inside Iraq not Syria and I imagine the Defense department is going to issue the same warning to tourists as they did to freelance reporters - this is a battlefield. You enter it at your own risk and we cannot guarantee your safety. We highly recommend you don't come to Iraq while combat operations are underway. As always, we will continue to take utmost care to prevent collateral losses, but things happen in war.

I'd say something like that anyways. It was a mistake. Unfortunate as the accident was, the tourists were a bit foolish to be there.

Washington could fabricate evidence of Iraq allegedly hiding its weapons of mass destruction in an effort to justify the US-led attack on Baghdad.

I think it is safe to say that this possibility has already occured to anyone with even the slightest skepticism and/or cynicism about the war.

BAGHDAD, March 26: Two blasts devastated a busy Baghdad street on Wednesday, killing up to 15 people and sparking fury among crowds of Iraqis, after what witnesses said was a twin US missile attack.
