    Question How to Secure a High Risk Merchant Account?

    I have my online business and need to open an online merchant account! Anybody suggest me what steps do i need to take for it?

    If you are in India, I think your options are probably pretty limited. Either PayPal or MoneyBookers may be your only choices.

    startups would be very difficult, but if you have a decent processing history, you can apply with several aggregators.
