How to create fan page?

I heard lot about face book fan page. Many peoples told me it is very good to have a fan page it will help you in social media stuff but i cannot get the idea how to create a fan page. help will be appreciated....

Thanks man to give this link. Now i will start my own fan page.

Try to look also on google on how to create fan page on facebook, it has a choices on what categories you want to create, public figure, business.. you must have also a facebook account to create a facebook fan page.
