Is there any script out there matching my criterias???
( I have tried a few from softpedia, with no luck )
All CMS scripts are going to need some customization and will require some study. They are all "highly customizable" if you have the right knowledge. You might want to consider finding a script where there is a strong community to help you get started.
Man, you can make 10 html pages in Notepad and insert PayPal buttons and that's all! You don't need any scripts!
