Q\ I have Microsoft Frontpage 2000. I would like to insert a little box into my form. I need this little box because I need it be checked when the form is printed out, but if I try to use the check box in the Insert Menu, then Form Option, the check box comes with a submit and reset. I don't need that. What can I do to get rid of this?
I need to have this question answered because I am making a loan application to put on the web.
Any help is appreciated.

You can easily delete the buttons that are created in FP 2000. Or, you can take a screenshot (Print Screen), and crop the image to the size you would like the image to be. If you would like, I could send the image to you.

Go to >Tools > Page Options > General:
uncheck: "Automatically enclose form feelds fields within a form"
I think this is what you mean...
