And what a coincidence. I was testing some stuff this morning and this is the result: a candle in a crackle glass holder, in front of a window with the reflection of the trees in the glass. I had some really great results. Here is one of them.

Thank you Sara. I have started to experiment with the camera now. Different things I can imagine and see what comes out in the end. The observation of a certain thing happening, then I take it and push it further, set it up so there will be a goal involved, versus just taking a shot. I am very interested in texture, always have been, so I will go after that a little bit more now. It is amazing how just a mundane object can be turned into something quite spectacular. I enjoy these weekly forays a lot :)Quote:

Ha Warp, after it had burned down for a while, you lit this candle three times for a short while, that is why you got the circles :)
