I'm looking for a (cheap/free) web-based solution to share documents/files. I thought this might be a BBS solution, but most (all?) of these seem to assume you're going to type in your info, when I just want to allow someone an easy way to attach and anotate a file. Sort of what you can do with Exchange Public Folders, or Lotus Notes.
Any thoughts?

Please explain a little more.. Is this going to be on an Intranet? What kind of files are you going to be sharing? Do the users have to download them and work on them on their machine or on the network?
