Website slow

Hi guys.

All the time when I post a new thread, new post it always take over 10 seconds to post (sometimes much longer).

I've never had this problem with SitePoint - the servers always been fast for me but now it's starting to be slow. Is this the same with you or just at my end?

I noticed things are a bit slower since the new site changes. (ajaxification effect on my dialup cnx?) But only most noticeably on intial page loads whern requests to the "cache" file server are made.
