Can anyone tell me where I can get a script similar to the one advertising.com use on this page http://www.advertising.com/publishers/index.html .
I am talking about the scroller - it is not done with iframes or anything like that. As far as I know it is done with DHTML. Can anyone point me to a url where I can get a similar script.
I would prefer not to have to nick the code from advertising.com but I may resort to looking at the code of advertising.com or another site that uses a similar script and figure out how to do it.
I have tried dynamicdrive.com but didn't find anything suitable.
Thanks in advance.

Gem,
Checkout http://www.bratta.com - a site I recommend visiting just for the sake of looking at...but especially if you're looking for DHTML scripts. http://www.SitePoint.com/forums/smile.gif
Hang on...I'll get the exact URL for ya...
Here ya go!:
http://www.bratta.com/dhtml/scripts....ipts.asp?id=24
It's pretty cool...even allows for multiple little "pages" stored there... http://www.SitePoint.com/forums/smile.gif

Aw heck, no one does all their own coding anymore...we all get help from others...thankfully Thomas Brattli is here to help us all with DHTML. http://www.SitePoint.com/forums/smile.gif

Always look and try not to re-invent the wheel. It will set you back and end up costing you time and money.

Wise words, Wayne. http://www.SitePoint.com/forums/smile.gif The net is at the point where many useful scripts and programs are available to the general public...most of the cool things you see on website all over the place can be implemented for free on your site if you know where to look...JavaScript.Internet.com, Bratta.com, DynamicDrive.com, etc...
