how to build faq site?

i will start an faq on my site and i wonder how to start a faq like Sitepoint.

The simplest way is to simply keep track of the questions asked you and put them into an HTML file. This will get hard to maintain over time.

There are numerous FAQ scripts available for a variety of platforms including ASP, PHP and PERL. Check for them whereever scripts are archived.
