This site uses a discussionboard called Ultimate Bulletin Board. It is avalible from http://www.ultimatebb.com and costs $90 for a one year licience and $170 for an owned licience. In my opinion this is the best discussion board system availible and many big sites use it such as mp3.com

I want to create a discussion forum for my company. Are there any commercial software packages that can help me create a discussion forum similar to the Webmaster Resources Discussion Forums? Are those software packages user friendly enough for a person who has no web development experience to use? Where can I purchase those packages? If I find a software company to custom make a discussion forum for me, about how much will it cost?

There is also a free version of this bulletin board located at the same address as above. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles, but it can serve the same purpose.
