I need to find software or programming info so I can have the users name@(myhostingdomain.com) being able to send email to other users only in the domain. With no external mail what so ever. Any ideas? This is hosted site, so I dont have access to root/admin privlidges. Live feed, one list, and forum are not options.

Your actually talking about a messaging system. You can probably build a custom system using a database and a server side language like ASP or PHP. If you want to look at ideas for implementing this idea in ASP there are articles about it on the 4 Guys from Rolla site at www.4guysfromrolla.com\.
