Hi everyone, I'm having a great difficulty in refreshing (updating) pages withing frames, when I view the page seperately by pointing the browser directly to it it seems ok and updated but that's not the case once I view it again as part of the site. Any ideas please? already pulled half of my wife's hair out.

The framed page isn't updating? Make sure you don't have any tags that would disable caching on your site like pragma="no-cache". Also make sure that your browser is setup to check the page every time you visit.
In IE its located in the Internet Tools Control Panel on the Temporary Internet Files dialog. I have mine set to automatic.
