I'm ready to accept advertisers on my site/forum - where do I begin?

I've got the site. And I've got companies approaching me to advertise there.

So far, so good... However, I don't know where to start. Is there a comprehensive resource on the net that covers this topic? Of course there is - I just need a url (please).

Also - is there a good ad rotator script out there that WE like? I googled and found many, but a recommendation is always nice (please).

Any words-to-the-wise would also be appreciated.

I also use phpadsnew.

I have only started using them, but the script seems to work well with my site so far.

So I would recommend it.

try kontera PPC, is good for forum. Then adsense - The No.1 :)
use CJ and Linkshare also
and try and adbrite....
