I am just starting a new Ecommerce website. It is doing fairly well but not well enough for me to quite my day job yet, but hopefully it will be soon enough :)
In the mean time I think it would help my site significantly if I had some kind of live customer service during the day (live chat, 800 #). But I haven't found an affordable and efficient way to do this. Does any know a good solution?
I've been using http://www.ringcentral.com/ for a while and haven't had any problems with them. Pretty descent service.
I have thought about doing something like that, very good suggestion. But still customers would get a answer machine which still isn't to professional.
You might contact rwardell (at) callclearvoice (dot) com for some information. He does not have his site up but they have been in business for a few years.
