My Problem with PayPal

I am a graphic designer trying to freelance myself and getting recognized. Paypal is the only thing getting in my way, due to the fact that I am a resident of a non-listed country...Its very depressing and I've already lost nearly +$800 in the last two months because of it.
well, um...Is there anyway or any service(like ccnow that accepts no-physical products) that I can use to accept paypal?

A lot of work I outsource is to companies/individuals in the same situation as yourself.
They use a freelance site (elance, scriptlance, rentacoder, getafreelancer etc) and get paid through there.
