What's with NS6?

Ok, I have a couple questions regarding Netscape6.
One: Is it normal to see such eccentric DHTML behavior as this page..

..It looks/functions just right with my IE6 beta.

And that prompts my second question: Has Netscape6 ever been officially *released*? I got it earlier this year (I believe) and it was still a beta. I look on netscape's site, but they really don't have much to say. The page could work fine if NS6 has been officially released, and I just didn't know.

If you're merely looking for a browser to surf with then I believe that the general concensus would be to use Either IE 5.5 or Mozilla 0.9.

I have yet to see one person say that they like using NS6. And yes, I do believe there is an official release.
