Looking for a "Editorial" script

Hello All,

I am somewhat of a newbie. I am working on a site and I would like to set up an "Editorial" page similar to the "Article" page at phpBuilder.com. You can see an example here,

I would have the editorial at the top of the page and a "letter to the editor" area below the editorial which would be similar to the "comment" area on the article page at "phpBuilder".

Where can I go to get this script??

If I try to locate a script like this at, let's say, HotScripts.com,
what term would I search under??
