I'll be trying a new baked crust for my cheesecake soon. I used to do a cookie crumb thing before, but I want to try something more exciting.
^ should try ground nuts held together with a little egg white and flour. Or coconut flakes, like a thin macaroon :D

I'm not a big fan of coconut flavours in something creamy. It's alright, but it's not my favourite.
I want to make some type of cocoa crust for the cheesecake. I dug up a recipe in one of my mom's old (OLD!) recipe books. If I have time, I'd try it out this weekend.
