This site goes "public" at the end
of this week and the client reports
problems with the email link on:
The problems seem to be on networked
computers and ones with Lotus Notes, etc.
In other words, people working from their
office. When they click on the link, an
error message appears - either when opening,
or, when sending. I've not been able
to get a copy of the message. They swear
they are able to open email-links and send
from other sites.
Obviously, time and this link are critical.
Please try/experiment and forward feedback

No probs here.
We use "Groupwise" as an e-mail package at work, and Netscape (4.7) as a browser. Your link causes netscapes own e-mail package to try and respond, but that is not configured on our systems.
It sounds to me like those complaining may have a similar situation. If they tried to send an e-mail with the browser default package - they would get an error message.
