My brain is absent without leave today :yawn: , so I need a quick-fix script, if you don't mind. I'm trying to have the bgcolor of table rows change dynamically according to the color depth of the users' monitors.
I know how to get the color depth in both IE and NS, but I need to know is how to identify a tag by its class name. Any ideas?
This would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx. Scot-Bot. :wavey:
Scot-Bot, if you don't mind, how do I get the color depth in both IE and NS?
To get colour depth is straight forward ...
if (screen.colorDepth) alert(screen.colorDepth) ;
else alert (screen.pixelDepth)
... is that ok, Val?
Now, does any1 know the answer to my question?
Thanks. Scot-Bot. :idea
