Do you use any software to track your productivity? For example, you’re trying to achieve all your goals for the week but you’re just way short in hitting your targets; because either you got distracted with “something” or you just feel tired of doing it. What do you think of Time Doctor or Replicon. Or are there any software out there that measures the productivity of a team/individual?
I have not used Timedoctor or Replicon, I simply use Wunderlist and set daily goals. Lets say today I am going to finish these 3 tasks. Also I add weekly and monthly goals as well. It depends on the person very much. Sometimes I get distracted as well, you have to put effort and discipline.
I am very much particular with productivity.
And, right now we are using Time Doctor for our remote team. Works great! Haven't really tried Replicon though.
In addition to that, I use Evernote a lot. Almost everything I do is in there. So, in a way I could track my productivity from that app too.
