I have a question concerning Shared Borders on pages generated with FrontPage 2000. I don't want to start a FrontPage/Dreamweave dialogue, I'm just looking for an answer to the following question. Is there a means by which I can edit the actual HTML code of the shared borders, or am I stuck with just what I can type in? Thanks in advance for any help.

Go to File | Open. You should see an a dialogue box with a folder called "_borders". Double-click and you will see the shared border pages like top and left.

It's worth noting though, that if View Hidden Files / Folders isn't turned on in what I think is the site properties diaglogue box, the _borders directory won't show up.

I'm not sure if I follow you, Fluffykins. The files aren't actually hidden. They are viewable from Internet Explorer or any FTP program. They only place you can't see them is in the Folders view of FrontPage. I think the Folders view 'hides' the systems related files to avoid clutter. You can access any of the additonal folders through the File menu.
