I presume you mean a C++ class to read the ID3 tag??
I remember a while ago finding this and downloading it.. but unfortunately I cant find it on my computer right now..

I wrote a quick bit of code yesterday.. Note this in development, so may contain bugs.. and it wont with all the variations of the ID3 tag, but I did add the 'Winamp' tag type support.
