Why Businesspeople Underestimate Design Work?
“It has occurred more than once that a prospect asks me to deliver a "design concept" so he/she can preview it before making any commitment to work with me. I often ask if I'd be paid if the design isn't going to like the prospect and I always get the answer "No"! This never happened regrading programming.”
