"As a practical minded person, this is the sort of real-world guide I like. It includes hundreds of action-points and I'm working through them one by one. The form letters and contracts on their own are worth the price of this kit.
The contents of the kit could be applied to most professional businesses but the examples, which are all from the web design world, are clear, useful and obviously taken from real life.

"Please stop selling this kit! I don't want these secrets to get into the hands of my competitors.

"I have been reading this book from cover to cover and, when I'm done, I will read it again from cover to cover and will continue to use it as my web business marketing bible. It's that good. Sure, most things in the kit are obvious practices such as great customer service, do not compete on price, sell by value, etc. But Brendon pulls all of this information together and explains it in a way that makes one wonder why they've been doing things the wrong way all this time. This book is worth every penny."
