, 9 Dec 2007 "The book was great - it gave us lots of helpful insights. We have just finished implementing our quality assurance and everything is working better than ever now.
"Thanks."
, 14 Nov 2007 "I have started reading this book and so far it is easy to follow, much common sense and with loads of suggested places for follow up in more detail. It is sharp and to the point. Good reminders if you are already experienced and if not loads to learn from."
, 23 Oct 2007 "Highly disappointed. The book took some two weeks to get here, I've spent a week off and on reading this and can only say that I don't think this book would help anyone but the newest of noobs interested in the processes involved in delivering websites. Sorry I cannot recommend this book to anyone."
, 15 Oct 2007 "The book gave me guides what to do when design and implement website. We expect the book should contain more examples on good website design, sample forms and less sample of program."
, 5 Oct 2007 "This is a great resource for working with clients and assuring expectations are established and met! Even if you only use one of the checklists, it will pay for itself tenfold! What a time-saver!"
, 26 Sep 2007 "I think the e-book was a bit expensive for the content. The book had nothing much to offer, like bright colours and stuff for a price like that.
The book is good, a lot of very useful information, but I thought that it as overall a bit too repetitive. Too many times you find the author repeating the same thing lines after she first mentioned it. I understand that sometimes you need to stress something out, but I'm not a sheep being brainwashed. If you mention things just once it's about enogough...."
, 31 Aug 2007 "Nice book , very detailed list of checklists for design agencies. Improved our working, thanx very much!"
, 30 Aug 2007 "I haven't finished reading the book, but so far it's been great! I am taking some steps to improve project management."
, 20 Jul 2007 "As a disorganized bumbling idiot, who somehow has found his way into becoming a graphic/web designer, I think Ms. Kaiser has provided me with much needed support and practical information. The compilation of such "basic" principles between the covers of a single book makes it a whole lot easier for me to present myself confidently, knowing that I CAN meet the expectations of my clients with a bit more dignity and pride.
"Some may already have learned much of what she presents here. But for many, like myself, who may be floundering and spending so much time gleaning the web for those little jewels of wisdom, the book approaches biblical proportion.
"Thank you, Shirley! May you be rewarded well for your efforts.
