Ordered an ebook yesterday and have been unable to download it. Sitepoint comment "We'll be getting back to you as soon as possible. (Please bear in mind that over the Easter holiday period, this might take a little longer than usual.)" This is an ebook and you are supposed to be the experts on web sites???? Needed this for a quick reference - project meeting. to late now....."

I got refunded (at a lower conversion rate, so not even fully in GBP) but I never received confirmation that my details were removed from sitepoint and learnable database. I have reported SitePoint to the European Data Protection Commission and to the UK Information Commissioner's Office for misuse of personal data."
