Excellent book. Simple and clear explanations got my site "talking" to my MySQL in no time. And I actually wrote my code myself which means that this is a book to learn and understand, not just copy-paste. Beautiful.
The only thing that bother's me is that every few lines there is a reference to another Site-Point title which give's the feeling that they give you less information than they should in order to push you to buy another book. This is just a feeling. In effect I don't think I was missing information. But I would be more comfortable with less self-promoting and\or more external references.
