I could have saved myself a bit over $10,000 and 2 years if I had access to your book earlier. References to find programmers seem incomplete. However what you did have, I had no knowledge of. For example on google search Freelance PHP MySQL Programmers and you'll find resources that can be listed in your book. Thanks - God's Peace Be With You Always

After spending the last ten years on the web development industry, this book didn't expose any "revelations" about running a web development and hosting company that I didn't already know. However, I am beginning the process of training one of my daughters so she can take over my business after she's completed college - and this book, along with "The Web Design Business Kit" have been an incredible help in her learning process.
As for outsourcing - we've been doing it for years - particularly on projects where we need the done fast. This book is very helpful if you are a small development firm that's been in business a short time. Outsourcing can help you grow your business exponentially.

I am quite disappointed with what I bought. I have been in the industry for a while. Within the couple hundred pages, I found only couple sections interesting. A few words for the trees, please have it printed in both sides and with smaller font.

Straight-forward, practical and valuable guidance. This is not an in-depth study, but rather a faster read that is full of helpful ideas and advice from someone who has traveled the path. I'm busy with work and life, so this is the type of to-the-point guide that is perfect for me.
