Provided me with a good understanding of the concepts of jQuery something I had always wanted to get to grips with. Taught me to think beyond HTML Tables

I found the book to be very good. It was informative about JavaScript itself, and good at providing insight into how to deploy JavaScript in the total web environment. Reading this book made me much more comfortable than I had ever been with JavaScript, as it presented a few of the software as a whole, rather than just seeming like a bunch of software incantations.
Note, however, that reading a technical book with examples in it is not a great experience on a Kindle Fire because of the screen size. This is not a problem with the book, but with small-screen tablets.

I find this book very enjoyable and the most easy to follow JavaScript tutorials that I have come across. I would love to see you guys write a book on creating web apps with backbone.js and node.js.
