How long will it take for my book to arrive?
If you have purchased a PDF book you can expect to have your new book downloaded and ready to ready in minutes (dependant on your connection speed, of course).
Our highest priority is to ensure you get your books fast. We therefore use different shipping methods for different countries worldwide. Please consult our table of shipping methods and estimated shipping times for an estimate of how long your order should take to arrive.
If your book has not arrived within the time shown, Contact Sales Support.
I would prefer to pay by a method other than credit card. Is this possible?
Our online order forms allow you to order using either credit card, or a PayPal account. Ordering via our online order form is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to pay for and receive our books.
We do, however, accept alternative forms of payment including check or money order (US residents) or wire transfer. Check out our Order Information page for more about our alternative payment options Contact Sales Support.
How do I return my purchase and receive my refund?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase from SitePoint. We would be happy to return your money if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If your purchase included a bundled CD, the CD packet must not be opened if you are returning the book.
Please contact us at SitePoint Sales Support to arrange for your refund. When you contact us, please let us know the reason you want to return the book, and if there is anything that we can do that may help change your mind.
If you have any suggestions for how we could improve any of the books we release in the future, we'd definitely be grateful for your help.
