How do I install the themes and extensions on the CD?
If you are browsing the CD with Firefox, then simply clicking on any theme or extension should pop up a prompt asking you if you really do want to install that theme or extension. For example, when clicking on a theme you should be shown a dialog box asking you if you want to install the theme. When clicking on an extension you should see the "Software Installation" window warning you only to install software from sources you trust. Press "Install" to install the extension.
An alternative method of installing a theme in Firefox is to save the .jar file to disk, and then open the Themes window in Firefox ("Tools -> Themes"). Drag and drop the .jar file into the Themes window. Likewise, you can install an extension from a .xpi file on disk by dragging the .xpi file into the Extensions window ("Tools -> Extensions" in Firefox).
How long will it take for my book to arrive?
If you have purchased a PDF book you can expect to have your new book downloaded and ready to ready in minutes (dependant on your connection speed, of course).

I would prefer to pay by a method other than credit card. Is this possible?
Our online order forms allow you to order using either credit card, or a PayPal account. Ordering via our online order form is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to pay for and receive our books.

How do I return my purchase and receive my refund?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase from SitePoint. We would be happy to return your money if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
If your purchase included a bundled CD, the CD packet must not be opened if you are returning the book.
Please contact us at SitePoint Sales Support to arrange for your refund. When you contact us, please let us know the reason you want to return the book, and if there is anything that we can do that may help change your mind.
