As hinted at last month, Microsoft has launched a public bug database for Internet Explorer 7, as well as subsequent releases of the browser. The site will not be used to track bugs in Internet Explorer 6 and earlier releases.
A sub-site of Microsoft’s Microsoft Connect site, which it uses to manage its various public beta programs, the Internet Explorer Feedback site has launched with just the bug database, but Microsoft has pledged to extend the site with a regular blog. The bug database even includes the facility for web developers to log in and vote on bugs that they would like to see fixed, and track the status of bugs they are interested in.
Although the database currently requires a (free) Passport log-in to browse, this restriction will be removed in a future update to the site.
Well, I tried to access the site, just to see what is there and well, I got an error stating “Error: The page you have requested is unavailable or you do not have access. ” Now, I have a valid passport account, and I even thought it might have been because I went there using Firefox first, so I went in using IE and got the same message. So I ugess the site isn’t quite ready for the public to use/view/persue…

Sojan80, it looks as if youve found the first bug of many bugs…
interesting to note that they are more content on trying to get people to list bugs, than to just look at any number of sites like this and look for thread upon thread titled “why does IE suck” or “IE sucks, why cant it work for this”.
im sure the money spent on this concept could be better spent on making sure they could get CSS1 and CSS2 compliance…

A while back in some forum a post was made about the MS haters and said something along the lines of, “Even if Microsoft let every web developer in the world get together to tell them how to run IE, you guys would still find something wrong with that.”

Any idea, where we can report bugs related to IE6 and earlier versions?
